As a Server at Lagoonfest Texas you will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders and delivering food and beverages to guests while interacting in a positive efficient manner. Must be able to multitask, provide menu suggestions and handle transactions to deliver customer service beyond expectations.
As a runner at Lagoonfest Texas, you will be in charge of taking orders from our guests as they lounge on our white sands or in their cabanas. Then, make sure their orders are correct and bring them to our guests in a timely fashion.

Lagoonfest Texas is looking for dedicated individuals who love to work in the kitchen and have a passion for cooking. Cooks will create and prepare food items in accordance with food and safety regulations and company standards.
We are looking for local sailors to join our sailing club to provide guests with a 5 star experience both on and off the water. Captaining our sailboats for guests and maintaining them are important roles we are looking for our sailors to provide. Prior sailing experience required.
Lifeguards ensure guest safety through proactive protection, first aid, and rule enforcement. Hired staff must earn Ellis & Associates certification by swimming 200 yards, treading water for 2 minutes, and retrieving a 10lb brick from 12ft. Key duties include water surveillance, CPR/AED response, and facility cleaning. This seasonal role requires a positive attitude and strict uniform compliance. Shifts generally run 10:30am–8:30pm, Wednesday through Sunday, from spring until early fall.
As a park services employee at Lagoonfest Texas, you will be in charge of helping with day-to-day operations. You will help with the general upkeep and custodial duties of our facility.
As a cashier at Lagoonfest Texas, you will be in charge of handling customer service and making sure our guest orders are correct. Lagoonfest is a cashless experience, so don’t worry about counting pennies.
The Aloha Squad serves as the vibrant heartbeat of Lagoonfest Texas, acting as the primary guest services ambassadors who transform a simple beach day into a high-energy tropical escape. As the friendly faces of the lagoon, squad members are responsible for greeting every guest with genuine warmth and an infectious “Aloha” spirit that sets the tone for their entire visit. You will lead the charge in creating unforgettable memories by hosting a variety of engaging activities, ranging from competitive sandcastle races to high-energy dance parties. This role requires a bold, outgoing personality and the ability to command a crowd while ensuring that guests of all ages feel welcomed and included in the fun. By blending proactive hospitality with a passion for entertainment, the Aloha Squad ensures that every visitor leaves with a smile and a story to tell.
