Lifeguards ensure guest safety through proactive protection, first aid, and rule enforcement. Hired staff must earn Ellis & Associates certification by swimming 200 yards, treading water for 2 minutes, and retrieving a 10lb brick from 12ft. Key duties include water surveillance, CPR/AED response, and facility cleaning. This seasonal role requires a positive attitude and strict uniform compliance. Shifts generally run 10:30am–8:30pm, Wednesday through Sunday, from spring until early fall.

We are looking for local sailors to join our sailing club to provide guests with a 5 star experience both on and off the water. Captaining our sailboats for guests and maintaining them are important roles we are looking for our sailors to provide.

Guest Services Team Members deliver a premier customer experience with “Aloha Spirit.” As the first point of contact, you will follow the “12-6” rule for guest engagement, maintain a professional appearance, and process transactions via the Siriusware POS. A Bar Back is responsible for assisting the bartenders and servers in the bar/lounge and service areas, as
needed. Keeping the bar area well stocked for service and continually maintaining so that guests are
never inconvenienced by waiting for their beverages. Bar Backs assist in other areas of food and
beverage as needed, directed by the Food and Beverage Manager.

Lagoonfest Texas is looking for dedicated individuals who love to work in the kitchen and have a passion for cooking. Cooks will create and prepare food items in accordance with food and safety regulations and company standards.

As a Server at Lagoonfest Texas you will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders and delivering food and beverages to guests while interacting in a positive efficient manner. Must be able to multitask, provide menu suggestions and handle transactions to deliver customer service beyond expectations.

As a cashier at Lagoonfest Texas, you will be in charge of handling customer service and making sure our guest orders are correct. Lagoonfest is a cashless experience, so don’t worry about counting pennies.

As a runner at Lagoonfest Texas, you will be in charge of taking orders from our guests as they lounge on our white sands or in their cabanas. Then, make sure their orders are correct and bring them to our guests in a timely fashion.
