Guidelines and Information

Here are some important guidelines to consider when planning your event at Lagoonfest Texas.

Some decorations are permitted like:

  • Table decorations

  • Balloons

  • Party plates, napkins, and paper/plastic cups
  • Birthday cakes and cupcakes

  • Goody Bags

Items not permitted:

  • Streamers, silly string, or confetti

  • Glassware of any kind
  • Outside food or beverage
  • Coolers
  • Radio
  • Parents and/or chaperones accompanying a guest will need to pay admission in order to enter.
  • Birthday rates and times are set according to packages. No additional time fees are applicable due to scheduling limitations.

  • Luau Package and Aloha Luau Package cancellations must be requested three weeks prior to scheduled event to obtain a refund minus 30% of total booking cost.

  • Aloha Fiesta Package refunds and cancellations must be requested three weeks prior to your scheduled event to obtain a refund minus 10% of your total booking cost.

  • Any requests received within two weeks of your booked event will receive a 50% refund of booking cost.
  • In the event Lagoonfest Texas must cancel due to inclement weather, your event will be rescheduled for a future date. Rain during your event, without closure, is not considered inclement weather.
  • Due to high demand and increased attendance, private event bookings may be restricted or unavailable during holiday periods and peak dates.
