Do I have to pay for parking?
No — parking is included with your ticket and available directly onsite. Once you arrive, follow the onsite signage to our parking attendants, who will guide you to the lot.
Can I leave and come back?
No. For the safety of you and other guests, re-entry is not allowed once you've exited the park grounds.
Why is Lagoonfest Texas a cash-free venue?
Lagoonfest Texas is fully cash-free, which helps us provide a faster, safer, and more convenient guest experience — reducing wait times and streamlining service throughout the park. We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.
Can I bring a cooler, food, or drinks?
No — outside food, beverages (including bottled water), and personal coolers aren't allowed. We offer a full menu of meal and snack options along with a full bar, including non-alcoholic drinks. Exceptions apply for medical and dietary needs.
What's the rain and wind policy?
We will remain open on most rainy days. In the event we must close the park entirely for the entire day due to severe inclement weather (such as heavy rain, high winds, or lightning), all ticket holders will receive a Rain Check Ticket redeemable for any available date within the current operating season. Rain Check Tickets are not valid for future seasons.
Can I reserve a cabana in advance?
For 2026, cabanas are available on a first come, first serve basis onsite only.
What is the refund policy?
Admission tickets and rentals (cabanas, pavilions, and water activities) are non-refundable and non-transferrable, including any missed or unused tickets not related to our Inclement Weather Policy.
