Yes! When we created Pumpkin Lights, we set out to build an experience for everyone. Our course includes a few spooky elements, such as fog machines, giant pumpkin spiders, and skeletons, but you won’t find any jump scares or gore. Families with young children may want to choose an earlier time slot, when it’s not so dark.
Sorry, only licensed service animals will be accommodated.
Most visitors take about 45 minutes to walk through the experience.
Strollers are permitted, but keep in mind that strollers which are particularly wide may not fit through some of the site’s narrower passageways.
We understand the importance of accessibility and are pleased to inform you that our facility is ADA accommodating. One of the key features that contribute to our accessibility is the pavement that surrounds the park. This pavement provides easy transportation for individuals with mobility challenges, ensuring they can navigate the park comfortably and safely.
Pumpkin Lights is held rain or shine and tickets are non-refundable. We remain open during minor rainstorms. However, if lightning or excessive rain does occur – we may be forced to close temporarily. If this impacts your scheduled tickets, purchasers will receive instructions via email to help transfer their reservation to another date and time, free of charge.
In poor weather, ticket holders should consult local weather forecasts for their own area and make their own determination about whether to set out for the evening’s event. An event may be canceled by Pumpkin Lights if, in its sole judgment, extreme weather or other conditions could jeopardize the safety of visitors, volunteers, and staff. If Pumpkin Lights cancels before the event, we will issue refunds, exchanges, or vouchers to those who purchased tickets for the affected day and time.
If you can no longer make the time slot of your original purchase, you may transfer each ticket for a $5 fee up until 48-hours BEFORE your scheduled time, after that you will be unable to transfer any tickets. Also note, we are unable to transfer any tickets to sold out time slots.
When you purchase your tickets, you’ll be asked to select a date and time slot for your visit. You may enter the festival within the thirty-minute window you selected. Please do not arrive earlier than this as you will be turned away. Once you’re inside, you can stay as long as you like.
